Payments and Insurance

Payments and Insurance

Payment options

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. This includes deductibles and co-insurance. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We also take Care Credit.

Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.

Insurance Options

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. If you do not have dental insurance coverage for your child, don’t worry, we can still see them. (and then add in that sentence that says payment is due at the time services are rendered and we accept cash, credit card and check.)

We are in network providers for Delta Dental, MS Medicaid, Envolve Dental, TrueCare and Molina, but we are able to file most all dental insurances. As a courtesy to our patients/parents, we are happy to file your dental insurance and check into coverage details for you. Although it is your responsibility to provide to us accurate and up-to-date information for us to be able to successfully complete that. Your coverage is an agreement between you and your dental insurance company.

We are happy that you have dental insurance for your child. Since there are many insurance companies and they all cover at different rates, it is very confusing for the dental office and the parent to know what insurance will actually pay.

We will accept payment from your insurance company, but insurance usually only pays a portion of the cost. We will give you an estimate of your portion based on our experience working with your company. This means that after your insurance has paid, you may be required to pay an additional payment or you may receive a refund.
